What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the details you give us. These are your name, work email, company, role, the reason you're getting in touch, any product you're interested in, your message and any link to a document you choose to share.
If you allow analytics cookies, we collect anonymous information about how the site is used, such as pages visited and the type of device. We don't use this to identify you.
Why we use it
We use your contact details only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue the conversation you started with us.
We use analytics information, with your consent, to understand which content is useful and to improve the site.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website and respond to enquiries, under contracts that require them to protect it, or where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. You can change your cookie choices at any time with the button at the end of this page.
To make a request, contact us at East-West Digital, Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP), 2nd Floor, Doha, Qatar.
Essential storage
We store your cookie choice in your browser so we don't ask you again on every page. This is necessary for the site to respect your preferences and is always on.
Analytics cookies
With your permission, we use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are most read. They're off until you choose to allow them, and we don't use them for advertising.
Google Maps
Our contact page shows our office on a Google Maps map. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy. No other page loads the map.
Managing your choices
You can accept or reject analytics cookies when you first visit, and change your mind at any time with the “Cookie preferences” button at the end of this page. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
